The pre-wash zone offers increased performance and incorporates a removable scraper tray enabling fast emptying of food soil. Incorporating simple to use electronic controls enabling constant monitoring of the operation.
Economical

The C815EA is economical to run and fully compliant it also has the option of a exhaust heat exchanger to recover up to 11Kw of waste energy. A class 'A' air gap prevents dirty water being back siphoned. Being of robust German design and build quality this unit is easy to service and maintain.
