Our procedure

When your service or repair is booked into our system our call handler will allocate the job onto our bespoke system, which books the call to your nearest engineer, on a day agreed.

All of our engineers are Registered with Gas Safe.

Cost effective repairs

Our policy is to carry out a cost effective repair and we do not try to write-off existing equipment in favour of a new sale.

Quotations

We give an unbiased cost of repair and always inform our customers of the estimated cost before proceeding.

Gas Certification

We carry out gas inspections to commercial kitchens, and gas safety certificates.
