How much will it cost?

We offer very competitive rates along with a full parts guarantee. A callout fee is charged plus labour per hour.  We always inform you of any costs of parts before proceeding with the repair. If in the event we need to return to fit parts ordered, a deposit will be required of 50% of the price of the part, you only pay labour plus parts on the second visit.

What are the payment options?

Payment is upon completion to the engineer, we accept cash, all major credit & debit cards, Paypal & bank transfer.

What if my machine is beyond economical repair?

​

The engineer will inform you of this, and what options you may have, however, machines are repairable most of the time. We do not try to write-off existing equipment in favour of a new sale.
