The Foster BFT15/17-274 Blast Freezer Cabinet is an all stainless steel high quality effective unit capable of freezing 15Kg from +70 °C to -18 °C in less than 240 minutes.
The BFT 15 Blast Chiller/Freezer incorporates bottom mounted refrigeration to help ensure stability whilst increasing performance and reducing noise levels, as well as innovative 'touch pad' controls; allowing for simple and effective programming.
